One of my favorite families contacted me when they were pregnant with baby #2. I hear it all the time, they regretted not getting newborn photos of their first, so they were determined to not miss the tiny little baby stage the second time around. It was so fun seeing them again and so fun getting creative with little Evan’s solo shots! As an artist, I’m constantly challenging myself to find new ways to shoot newborns because the same old poses get boring after a while. Baby in a basket will always be precious, but when I see they have an awesome breakfast nook, I think, “How about we put the baby on the suitcase on the table!!” haha… It keeps things fresh for me and gives my families unique photographs to cherish forever. Win win, right?! Helps when you have an amazing house with perfect lighting and a cooperative, sleepy baby. But still… Enjoy!!
